Return & Withdrawal Form

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@galvier.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return (optional)

Once we receive your request, we will send you a return label within 1-2 business days.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• All original tags must still be attached
• The hygiene sticker must be intact
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or color? Exchanges are always free of charge. Simply mention this in your email and we will arrange it for you.
